I grew up on the Gulf of Mexico in Pensacola, Florida - can't swim and I don't eat fish. I married a Navy man, and he took me to the four corners of our great nation.
My degree is in Allied Health. My last position, before entering Real Estate as a career, was to supervise the radiology department for a Texas HMO outpatient clinic - truly a people business.
Prior to becoming a Real Estate Professional, I had purchased and sold several personal homes, and loved going thru the Southern Homes that were for sale.
I have been fortunate enough to have traveled to many places since coming to Seattle in 1971 - I always come back home - In 1985, while living in Texas, I decided that Real Estate was my passion, and I obtained my license. I moved back to Seattle in 1986, and I am here to stay!!! I love the Great Northwest!!!
Upon returning to Seattle, I choose to work with John L Scott. I studied new construction and became a site agent for new construction.
To assist my clients in the maze of the loan process, I also obtained a certificate as a Certified Loan Originator.
My affiliation with Coldwell Banker gives my clients the best national exposure that I can provide.
I am currently a member of the Counsel for Residential Specialists, CRS - a national network of highly trained REALTOR®'s - which benefits you as my client with my continued education in staying updated on laws and practices as related to Real Estate.
My Real Estate practice is an ongoing success with your support and referrals. My last three years I have a record of average sales - one per week. In the Real Estate industry that means my clients have found great value in my service, and continue referring their family and friends to me.
